Hi, I'm Clair.....

I have always been referred to as being a little bit different.

As a teenager I aspired to become a lawyer. I studied hard and was an academic success. My brain was the seat of my confidence, never failing to get me the grades I wanted. In 1995 I contracted meningitis. Despite the gratitude at surviving this deadly illess, I found my knowledge lost and my brain no longer able to play by my rules. I spent years lost in the abyss, no longer able to reach my dream and unable to remember the simplest of things.

I saw a crystal healer in 2002, which was an experience that inspired my dreams to be a healer, so I could give others the kind of connection I'd had myself. I studied for years, completing three crystal healing courses, reading many books on the subject, and later reaching level 2 in reiki, training in Doreen Virtue's Angel Energy, as well as courses in psychology and counselling. I take an interest in nutrition, yoga, meditation, mindfulness, as well as other healing methods such as EFT and Kinesiology.

I began pulling my knowledge together in 2012 and despite the sheer amount of learning, I could not recall vast amounts of facts. However I learnt to trust my intuition and communicate with angels, and slowly realised this was far more valuable than teaching myself to be a talking book. After ten years of study and personal growth, I was ready to share my passion. I began making jewellery and moved home in 2013, a move which inspired me to dream a little bigger.

Rainbow Retreat was born. The first part of a vision of mine which indulged my desire to help others. I didn't just want to be a healer. I wanted to help people to help themselves, to become masters of their own destinies, to feel empowered to become the kind of person they wanted to be. I also didn't want people to have to go through ten

years to get there. I wanted to help people to co-create

their healing and to know the support was there.

My dream is to help others.

Through this dream I am continually

becoming who I want to be.
